The kit includes 11 foam pressure oval pads, 11 foam pressure donut pads, 1 foam pressure sheet, 6 skin hydrogel pads, 6 small adhesive mesh, and 1 large adhesive mesh. This kit allows for multiple options for covering blisters that are already existing or to cover spots that are likely to blister.Adhesive Mesh • Adhesive-backed synthetic fiber- Can be cut to any shape and fitted over any moveable surface- Helps protect hands and feet from blisters and calluses- Adhesive is sweat resistant and will not fall off during activities Foam Pressure Pads • Adhesive-backed closed cell polyethylene foam- Used to help prevent skin pressure, rubbing, chafing and blisters- Skin pads are a hydrogel wound dressing that provides moisture to help healing- Excellent sticking power and solid pressure absorption to help protect against blisters, corns, calluses, and friction-prone areas.
